Returns & Refunds Policy

Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Note: Fragile decor items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your home decor item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at supportelowenhouse@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
